I watched the movie named : “The Wolf of Wall Street” at home as an assignment for my English class. I watched it on Netflix. I really liked this movie because it was very funny. I will discuss more details about it further within this review.

 

The Wolf of Wall Street is a film from 2013. Directed by Martin Scorsese. Belfort (Leonardo diCaprio) founds his own firm, Stratton Oakmont. Together with his trusted lieutenant (Jonah Hill) and a merry band of brokers, Belfort makes a huge fortune by defrauding wealthy investors out of millions. However, while Belfort and his cronies partake in a brew of sex, drugs and thrills, while the SEC and the FBI close in on his empire of excess.

 

Martin Scorsese is an American filmmaker and historian, whose career spans for more than 50 years.he is widely regarded as one of the most significant and influential filmmakers in cinematic history. The story is written by Terence Winter,he is an American writer and producer of television and film. In my opinion the movie was really fun because there was always something happening, there were a lot of funny scenes in it as well so it was very humoristic. Still it may be a movie for adults because there’s a lot of sex and drugs involved. So a kid from my age (15) shouldn’t  actually watch this kind of movies.

 

As my conclusion I will advise that if you’re younger than 15 it may be a bit weird for you because there’s a lot of adult stuff happening. Still it will be very funny. If you’re older than 15 you will probably understand more about it .
